While market access for new products gets increasingly difficult and in fact nowadays constitutes a major hurdle for a timely product launch in many western countries, the regulatory process in Cambodia is still relatively straightforward, swift and not too costly.
Nevertheless, a number of key requirements must be met and constant interaction with key government stakeholder is required in order to ensure a smooth registration process.
